Because of rapid growth across all business units, we have an urgent need for an experienced Talen Acquisition Manager to work in our Houston campus. You will play a key role in our talent acquisition team. Job description (Responsibilities) Works under limited supervision to design, develop, and implement recruitment programs to develop a pipeline of candidates. Works collaboratively with business leaders to concretely link People & Culture's goals to business strategy. Develops new or enhance existing processes, procedures and programs which position the Talent Acquisition function as highly effective. Key levers are standardization, consolidation, automation, and process improvements to drive strengthened internal controls, customer service, cost and productivity improvement. Will lead the identification, development and execution of process improvement program initiatives, supporting global & local strategic objectives in Shared Services. Will lead the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day operations of the Shared Services functions and duties including complex questions / problems. Formulates partnerships across the P&C function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business financial position, its mid-range plans, its culture and its competition. (Main Tasks) Responsible for creating Talent Acquisition reports which enable the function and business to monitor progress on recruiting activities and streamline processes. Interfaces with other departments and hiring managers in order to obtain requirements and share information relating to sourcing candidates and recruitment. Responsible for the design, implementation and management of talent acquisition strategies. Develops and establishes metrics for the team. Owns the recruiting process and obtains feedback from customers to improve processes. Ensures adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations governing the employment process. Evaluates selection criteria and techniques to ensure compliance to standards; participates in the development and implementation of revisions. Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development and disciplinary actions). Reinforces the organization's core values and behavioral expectations through modeling, communication, and coaching. Partners with internal communication team in order that employees are aware of and understand the key business drivers and performance/behavioral expectation. Collaborates with line management, employees and other P&C staff members to evaluate existing, and introduce and implement new P&C programs. Ensures new policies and programs are effectively communicated and meet defined goals and objectives. You are meant for this job if Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required. Masters in related field or MBA preferred. At least 8
years of general working knowledge of People and Culture and specific knowledge of Talent Acquisition, sourcing and P&C policy/procedure. At 3
years' experience in proactively establishing recruiting sources, tools and processes with at least two year's supervisory and/or management experience. Talent Acquisition management experience preferred. Working knowledge of multiple People & Culture disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws. Excellent ability to solve problems and meet deadlines by juggling multiple, competing and changing priorities. Solid PC skills including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and database software. High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, as well as external suppliers and organizations. Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
