POSITION PROFILE The Director of Computer Forensics develops and maintains effective computer forensic solutions. Responsible for forensic lab management, setting forensic and collection work flows, establishing and fine tuning best practices, lab team development, and engaging with both internal and external clients. This position will be responsible for ensuring the defensibility of Ricoh's forensic offering and will work with division leadership on setting and meeting growth targets. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure that Ricoh Forensics personnel are client centric and have the resources, training, knowledge, experience & expertise to provide exceptional work product. Support Sales Force within organization with computer forensic solutions (presales) as well as with technical knowledge and understanding of capabilities of Ricoh Forensic services. Promote the Ricoh Forensics and Ricoh eDiscovery brand within the legal industry through a variety of industry relevant speaking events Represent Ricoh Forensics and Ricoh eDiscovery within the legal industry by acting as a testifying expert. Participate and lead industry specific forums and groups to enhance the Ricoh public image and client perception. Manage Ricoh's computer forensics laboratory by ensuring compliance with the latest industry stands, while maintaining a manageable case load. Lead the team that perform data collection for a variety of downstream Ricoh services, such as Relativity and Venio processing and hosting. Test and develop new methodology and techniques for meeting continuously changing technology and client requests. Team selection for Ricoh Forensics team including on-going management and training of personnel. Perform other duties as assigned by manager, or division leadership. QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications) - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Certified as a Computer Forensic Examiner by a recognized certifying body (CCE, CFCE, GCFE) - Ten years of experience in computer forensics or computer information technology - Testifying experience in computer forensics - Licensed Private Investigator. Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & Engineering, Technology ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
