Director - Maintenance Operations Job Description The primary purpose of the Director - Maintenance Operations position is to lead the Division A teams responsible for supply, equipment, and facilities maintenance; to gain a more in-depth knowledge and understanding of both the operational and administrative responsibilities; implement plans to support operational teams; develop and exhibit the necessary leadership, analytical/decision making, and managerial skills. Essential Duties:
Manage and lead the Division Maintenance and Supply program with SAFETY and ENVIRONMENT being the highest priorities next to financial stewardship. Sustain a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program for all equipment to retain the operational ready status of over 1500 assets. Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies. Develop a Quality Control/Quality Assurance program to include key performance indicators and metrics. Manage, lead and expand as necessary the facilities, equipment maintenance, and supply warehouse teams. (spare parts; materials; distribution; tracking; ordering; storage; invoicing, etc.) Supervise contractors, 3rd party vendors, review and approve third-party bids in all maintenance/supply activities. Must be available and flexible to work all shifts as business needs require. Ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Be able to participate in customer meetings to build relationships. Routine communication and coordination with field operations teams and other corporate departments. Complete all applicable documentation and recordkeeping. Perform all work in compliance with Company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong maintenance background w/minimum of 5-7 years maintenance supervision or management experience. Demonstrated experience with strategic development, implementation, and oversight of training plans. Strong organizational and leadership skills for a multifaceted work environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication. Computer Skills:
Excel Spreadsheets & Pivot Tables, Microsoft Office Word Processing. E-maint software experience is a plus. Detail-oriented and customer-focused. Ability to troubleshoot problems. Must possess a valid driver's license and a driving record satisfactory to the Company and its insurers. Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge, above the minimum requirements. Must satisfactorily qualify/obtain a TWIC card. Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to perform the essential functions of the job successfully. Must be able to see well enough to read gauges, precision measuring instruments, schematics, maintenance manuals as needed. Must be able to talk and hear well enough to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and others within the Company 100% of the time. Must be able to reach with arms and hands to perform inspection, maintenance, and repair duties when needed. Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, kneel, squat 100%. Must be able to use hands/fingers to grasp, handle, and feel 100%. Must be able to climb and balance well enough to mount equipment by climbing up and down steps as needed. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance. Machines, Tools, Special Equipment, Personal Protective Equipment, Used:
PPE; hard hat, vest, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
