Job Description Under broad direction, supervises and leads a group of engineers. Sets the technical standards and procedures of a group of engineers and designers. Conducts various aspects of performance management such as performance appraisal or counseling of employees with behavior or technical performance problems and assists in the interviewing, hiring, and assignment of new personnel in the discipline. Job role is responsible for a measurable asset such as an assigned staff and budget. Electrical Network Monitoring and Control System (ENMCS) and Power Management System (PMS) Subject Matter Expert (SME). Will be assigned to one or more projects to engineer, specify, purchase, review, and support commissioning/startup of ENMCS/PMS systems. Job Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum of fifteen (15) years related experience, with an average experience of twenty (20+) years. PE Registration preferred. Electrical power system studies experience with OTI ETAP and SKM Power Tools preferred. Field experience preferred. Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
