Responsibilities of the IT Manager include, but are not limited to:
Manage configuration, administration, maintenance and upgrades for corporate and commercial servers and related infrastructure:
Active Directory 2016 Exchange Online (Office 365) Exchange 2019 (Hybrid On Prem) VMWare 6.7 Microsoft System Center Operations Manager, Azure design and management Responsible for system upgrades, implementation and operational administration Assist in defining policies and procedures as they relate to these responsibilities Responsible for deployment of highly available (HA) solutions supporting business needs and growth, such as, Databases (SQL Server), Web, Applications, Clusters, Backup & Restore Management of current storage infrastructure and future expansion as the business grows Management of current virtual machine infrastructure and future expansion as the business grows Knowledgeable of alternate solutions for expanding infrastructure with business needs, (such as leveraging both datacenter and cloud solutions) Plan, develop and document disaster recovery procedures for critical systems Interact with our user-base (corporate and field employees) on an as needed basis regarding technology issues and escalations Act as on-call primary for emergencies as part of an escalation schedule Ability to conceptualize, advocate, and sustain a highly available IT Infrastructure strategy by clearly articulating steps for maintaining uninterrupted commercial systems at a 99.9% or better up time Implement and maintain information security policies and procedures Create and maintain corporate server infrastructure documentation (hardware, software) Qualifications of the IT Manager include, but are not limited to:

years of experience as a manager in an operational role of Corporate IT for a mid to large size company and budgetary responsibilities 8
years of hands on system engineering and administration, networking or data center operation and support experience, preferably in a corporate IT role for a mid to large size company Extensive experience in a primarily Microsoft environment VMWare, Hyper-V Manager , Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019 OS Experience managing Active Directory, WINS, IIS and DNS Managing, monitoring and supporting high-availability environment with Windows Server and SQL Server clusters Demonstrated experience in delivering consistent system administration and documentation to operational team, including feedback on system performance and service Solid understanding of data communications, open systems technologies, and internet protocols including TCP/IP, FTP, TLS, HTTP, SNMP, SMTP Strong understanding of hardware, security, SAN, and configuration management Direct involvement supporting, administering, and managing 24/7/365 production environments Advanced troubleshooting, problem solving, and critical thinking skills Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences Strong leadership skills mixed with strong teamwork capability; flexibility
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
