This role will be building on and leading an exceptional SAP CoE team according to our corporate values. The SAP CoE Lead will communicate cross-functionally and drive the SAP CoE efforts across all of the SAP modules and products supporting functions like Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer Excellence and Procurement. He/ She will collaborate across business units, Product Teams and Digital/ACP projects to develop and execute against the team's vision, strategy, and roadmap. This portfolio includes on premise applications such as SAP Suite on HANA, Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Master Data Governance (MDG), Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) and SAP's cloud (SAAS) solutions such as Integrated Business Planning, Hana Cloud Integration, Ariba, Concur and SuccessFactors. The Lead manages a team of professionals consisting of managers, team leads, SAP engineers and developers. Team composition includes employees (both direct reporting and matrixed) and third-party partners such as SAP, TCS and Accenture. The Lead is accountable for a budget of over $20 million and is accountable for SAP related ACP initiatives delivering some of the key value propositions for the company. In addition, the Lead is accountable for establishing the SAP roadmap and driving internal alignment and endorsement. He/She also plays a key role in SAP related workstreams associated with M&A initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities Leading, coaching, mentoring and encouraging a dedicated team of SAP Engineers to build and deploy the best-in-class software that are always available to provide the best experience for our customers. Collaborate across business units and Product Teams to develop and execute against the team's vision, strategy, and roadmap. Handle day-to-day activities of engineering team using Agile/Scrum methodology. Prioritize work for your team, making difficult tradeoffs on design based on business constraints, ensuring on-time deliverables and high-quality software. Provide hands-on technical management, guidance, and support including system/design/code review, and ultimately be responsible for the health of the systems your team builds. Participate in interviewing, hiring decisions, on-boarding, and mentoring of new engineers with the goal of quickly making them productive members of your team. Work closely with the IT Leadership Team, other ITS and business partners to develop SAP strategy in support of overall business strategy and goals. Drive appropriate solution development, design and delivery processes related to SAP. Lead strategic decision and establish the roadmap for making SAP technology advancements such as S4 and cloud based solutions. Manage 4-6 managers/team leads leading a team of around 70 employees (including some matrixed SAP engineers which are part of the Product Teams) and many partner team members. Develop and implement an organizational structure supporting quality delivery in a cost-effective manner. This will consist of a mix of employees and delivery partners. Engage with broader integration team and lead decision making processes on SAP and other ERP applications during merger and acquisition initiatives. Engage appropriately with vendors on development and management of SAP licenses and subscriptions. Manage the development and delivery of Statement of Work (SOW) engagements with major partners such as SAP, TCS and Accenture. Foster a culture of safety, teamwork and excellence. Build self-organizing and high-performing teams by focusing on development of the engineers Establish a sustainable engineering culture to grow strong talents on both technology and business excellency Min. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in relevant fields. Experience including 10
years leading large international functional teams. Experience managing 50
employees and oversight of 100
(employees, contractors consultants). Proven background in large scale SAP project delivery and maintenance and support. Capability to envision, architect and deliver quality integrated solutions consisting of SAP and non-SAP applications. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills. Track record of leadership and achievement of objectives through team. Ability to communicate highly technical information in an understandable manner. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
