Contribute throughout the entirety of digital transformation with the objective of, through application of methodology and technology, deploying cloud solutions to ultimately solve problems. A (digital) product manager effectively leads a balanced squad, balancing user desirability, technical feasibility and business viability in the pursuit of impactful business outcome. POSITION DESCRIPTION:
KEY INTERACTIONS:
TechnipFMC Digital, your balanced team (product managers, (full stack) developers, designers, data scientists, relative to activity), business stakeholders (relative to activity), customers and your peers within your discipline, across activities and organization within TechnipFMC. Through key interactions you are expected to act as a change agent for digital transformation and design led software development. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
o Shared accountability for team deliverables with the balanced team and digital organization o Course correct together with the team o Effectively lead and ensure sustainable cadence in the team o Your given product in the context of TechnipFMC JOB SCOPE:
o Supports development of culture that values delighting customers, collaboration, innovation, and having fun o Works closely with users, customers, and business facilitators to understand the product vision and breaks it into an actionable backlog of user stories for the development team o Leads service development kick offs to discover the problem statement, vision, project goals, team goals, success criteria, risks and mitigations o Lead (one or more) balanced team(s) of interdisciplinary nature geared to solve problems utilizing technology o Apply agile, lean startup and design thinking principles (as required) to address customer pains with desirable solutions o Break down complex ideas into manageable pieces o Author user stories in alignment with product vision o Define acceptance criteria and approval of completed stories o Establishes and maintains an actionable and sufficient backlog o Host/facilitate rituals in accordance with methodology o Iterate on team playbooks, processes and toolkits o Increase collective competency, experience, knowledge (insight) by sharing o Cultivate Company and digital culture o Work holistically across teams and organization TYPICAL PROFILE:
o BSc in software development or technology or business o At least ten years of related experience o 4
years of experience in project/product execution and system engineering o 2
years of experience in agile design and user-centred collaborative development o 2
years of leadership experience o Prior experience managing full-stack software development o Knowledgeable of TechnipFMC products, organizational structure, and IT systems o Understands and embraces lean and agile practices o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o Understands cloud native software development and technologies o Adapting behavior to shifting context and settings o Ability to visualize ideas and concepts o Ability to lead a team o Values delighting customers, collaboration, innovation while having fun o Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic and collaborative environment where everyone is expected to have an impact o Passion for user-centric design; commitment to research, competitive analysis, user/stakeholder reviews ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
