Responsibilities of the Project Manager include, but are not limited to:
Enter orders for all projects and packages Offer all new customers the forms required to set up a new account Generate bill of materials for shop fabrication of process equipment skids and work closely with shop personnel throughout the entire project Order all required equipment Manage project timelines according to equipment delivery Work with factory personnel to acquire all appropriate documentation for submittals and final manuals Submit the documents per the specification requirements (either electronically in PDF format or hard copies in binders) Coordinate equipment training and start up Set up and coordinate with accounting all progress payments Check with accounting to ensure timely payments are received before proceeding to the next stages of the fabrication process Attend project kick off meetings and weekly/monthly status meetings as required Qualifications of the Project Manager include, but are not limited to:
5 years of applicable fluid handling equipment sales Knowledge of rotating equipment (pumps, mixers, heat exchangers, blowers) and fabricated pumping systems Must be able to work independently Well organized and self-motivated Effective interpersonal and communication skills Excellent negotiating skills Project management experience and teamwork skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Project) Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Experience with Epicor Prophet 21
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Business Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
