POSITION DETAILS Focus on growing Circor Valves branded products in the assigned territory, Markets and Industries. o Manage and develop the direct Field Sales team o Manage and Develop Key Accounts and Channel partners within assigned geographic area o Increase partner effectiveness by developing relationships, supporting their needs, and holding them accountable o Manage directly some Key Accounts. o Co-sell to channel partner's customers to increase pull through demand in the territory o Provide technical product training to channel partners and select channel partner's customers
Responsibilities:
o Define and communicate the strategy for the region and ensure alignment with high level business objectives o Set objectives for Sales resources and hold them accountable through review processes o Obtain headquarter approval for specific needs of the region (e.g. headcount, product needs) o Manage sales team through onboarding, coaching and development o Work with all sales resources to develop territory / accounts plans to maximize revenue in region o Maintain and develop professional relationships with Key Accounts and Channel partners. o Assist in the development of large/strategic sales opportunities and maintain high-level relationships with a select set of Key Accounts. o Establishing true account partnership via long-term agreements, frame agreements, product and commercial model piloting, strategic co-creation etc. and be perceived as a trusted advisor. o Managing sales activities of partners to generate revenue o Coordinating with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals o Analyzing market trends and accordingly developing sales plans to increase brand awareness o Evaluating partner sales performance and recommending improvements o Educating partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered o Addressing partner-related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner Managing sales pipeline, forecast sales and identifying new business opportunities o Developing positive working relationship with partners to build business o Staying current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities o Communicating up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners o Developing process improvements to optimize partner management activities JOB REQUIREMENTS CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Knowledge Skills & Abilities Good technological base for effectively understanding technical specifications. o Efficient Presentations Skills o Exceptional interpersonal skills o Strong Leadership skills o Strong oral and written communication skills o Good organizational skills for effectively communicating. o Knowledge in the areas of control valves and actuators technology advantageous o Strong customer orientation, communication strength and safe appearance o Adequate experience with different software tools (MS Office, Web-based software, ProAlpha) Education & Experience o Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales Management o Minimum 5 years of channel sales experience in a B2B sales environment related to technical products.
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & OperationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
