Sales Manager HVAC/R WHOLESALE SUPPLY Johnstone Supply of Houston is a HVAC Wholesale Supply company looking to expand our team. We are seeking an experienced, results driven Sales Manager to join our team. WHO WE ARE:
Johnstone Supply has been providing brand name products, expert technical knowledge and superior customer service to the HVAC/R (heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration) industry since 1953. We are locally owned and operated and are backed by the national buying power of over 500 stores and six regional distribution centers. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the outside and inside sales team, increasing sales within the existing customer base and developing new customers. A candidate for this position must possess excellent sales skills with documented successful sales management experience. Direct experience in the HVAC/R industry is not necessary, but experience in a similar sales distribution experience is helpful. The successful candidate will possess the following:
Required:
4 year college degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 3 years of documented successful sales management. Demonstrated understanding and application of effective sales strategies and techniques Excellent negotiation and objection countering skills Skill in proactively communicating (both verbal and written) to establish relationships and influence decisions Motivated and results driven, with a strong drive to succeed and demonstrated tenacity in achieving sales goals. Preferred:
10 or more years of successful direct sales experience. Direct sales experience in the business-to-business HVAC/R.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & OperationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
