Basic Function The Talent Data & Solutions Manager collects and analyzes Talent data and metrics to identify important trends across the Talent Lifecycle including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Learning/Development, Succession and Diversity Equity Inclusion. This individual is responsible for ensuring data is managed confidentially, accurately and presented in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner to key stakeholders. This position has global remit and responsibilities, and will be part of the enterprise-wide Talent team and report to the VP, Chief Talent & DEI Officer. They will partner with their Talent and HR colleagues to successfully develop and deliver robust talent management and DEI strategies. The Talent Data & Solutions Manager collects and analyzes talent data and metrics to identify important trends across the Talent Lifecycle including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Learning/Development, Succession and Diversity Equity Inclusion. This individual is responsible for ensuring data is managed confidentially, accurately and presented in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner to key stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities Data Analysis:
Design and implement talent analytics strategies to drive insights about the workforce. Develop, collect, analyze and transform talent data using SAP/SuccessFactors HRMS as well as relevant databases, spreadsheets, queries, statistical tools and programs. Examine and identify key trends in workforce data and develop executive analyses that drive talent insights. Improve data integrity to achieve high quality, actionable data and metrics. Metrics & Reporting:
Design and maintain robust suite of reports and dashboards to support the Talent team and HR leaders with real-time analytics. Present relevant trends in clear, succinct reports and demonstrate the implications of these trends on the business. Act as a main point-of-contact for Talent reporting requests, improving automation of the reporting process whenever possible. Employee Listening:
Create a compelling vision for how people insights should be driving business decisions and improving the employee experience. Design and implement data governance processes and structures, including a focus on data access and security to protect confidential information. Establish and manage employee survey processes to collect, analyze and report on findings for various needs across the Talent Lifecycle. Partner effectively with vendors (eg Qualtrics) to extract value and optimize efficiencies. Collect and benchmark DEI and talent metrics externally. Talent Assessments:
Identify and implement assessment solutions (eg 360s, psychometrics) to support development of leaders and key talent. Provide consultation to ensure accurate and appropriate interpretation and use of findings is applied. Secure and protect confidential data in alignment with all internal and external professional guidelines. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in industrial/organizational psychology or related field (Masters or PhD preferred). Five (5) years of data analysis and reporting. HR experience preferred.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
