Digital Solutions Manager - Production Operations at Schlumberger in Houston, TX
The Digital Solutions Manager - Production Operations is responsible to define integrated digital solutions across oil and gas well sites, networks, and/or facilities to enable customers maximize production and enhance asset performance sustainably. The successful candidate will have high work capacity while being customer focus, detail oriented, and agile in defining and executing initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with customers and related Schlumberger teams across different business lines, locations, and functions to ensure projects and initiatives are addressing customer requirements. Responsibilities and Duties:
Listen to voice of customers across the entire production systems and understand their requirements Define integrated solutions using existing digital solutions and point solutions to address customer requirements Identify gaps and scope projects to address them - in close collaboration with the development team Provide technical support to Production Systems Business Lines in defining and validating their digital strategy and key opportunities Support Production Systems Division and its Business Lines in developing growth strategies and associated business cases. Support go to market and monetization plans for digitally enabled solutions Remain current on new technologies and market trends related to the energy sector Previous experience and competencies:
Master's Degree in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering preferred Experience in oil and gas field operations (+10 years) Experience in business development Proven ability to interface with senior leadership, partners, and customers Good interpersonal and sales skills with customers and inside personnel Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must Willingness to travel Has initiative and ability to work effectively with little direction and/or few guidelines Excellent analytical, administrative, communications and organizational skills
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Digital Marketing & Social Media, Media Production & BroadcastingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
