Responsibilities of the Assistant General Manager include, but are not limited to:
oDirect sales of Bearing and Power Transmission Equipment and General MRO Products preferred oEnsure profitability, growth, and operations of assigned accounts oFunction as key contact between customer and DXP management oReport directly to SCS General Manager oMaintain a detailed knowledge of, and communication with key customer contacts, corporate decision makers, and location management oCoordinate/Conduct:
oMonthly/Quarterly cost saving meetings oPre-planned plant level meetings oRequired periodic site visits oPeriodic management meetings oSite product trainings oAchieve minimum sales growth and profit goals in established accounts oExpand program to other customer sites with SCS Corporate Development Manager using SCS sales process oCoordinate and track product conversions or substitutions for customer cost savings oMonitor monthly financials and track location profitability to include:
oCompliance with established contract pricing strategy oNecessary price change per terms of contract oMaintain working knowledge of operational flows, processes, and policies oSupervision of location employees, to include:
oAnnual performance review oAudit operations and plan corrective actions on issues and/or personnel changes oApproval of manager's staff performance reviews oMonitor KPI's, Cycle Count Accuracy, A/R DSO's, Stock Out Performance, and Stock Levels #DXPE #DXP Qualifications of the Assistant General Manager include, but are not limited to:
o5 years national account or outside sales experience oExperience or aptitude managing site specific financials oComputer skills, including Commerce Center, Excel, PowerPoint, Word Additional Information:

$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
