Weston is seeking a Project Manager to expand our Water/Wastewater Engineering Design Practice in Houston, Texas. The Project Manager is a front-line client-focused leader who works with stakeholders to understand their project needs and manages teams to deliver services to meet those requirements. The project manager is responsible for networking with their clients to identify and define projects, develop, and negotiate proposals, build teams of technical staff and subconsultants to execute the work, maintain quality and risk management processes to ensure that the work remains on track, and deliver according to project scope, schedule, and budget. Only candidates with demonstrated project management experience, as described, in the water/wastewater design engineering sector in Texas, will be considered for this position. Location:
Houston, TX Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or mechanical engineering Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the State of Texas Ten or more years of experience in the field of water/ wastewater engineering design Wastewater collection/treatment system design technical experience in Texas Wastewater collection/treatment client experience and knowledge in Texas Project management experience, including project financial management responsibility. Strong entrepreneurial interest to engage clients to identify and win new projects. Excellent communication skills, including ability convey technical presentations. Ability to recruit, build, mentor, and foster an engineering team as a leader. Expected Outcomes:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Civil Engineering, Business Project Management, Environmental EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
