The role is responsible for supporting HR Enterprise Applications and delivery of new project initiatives. Leveraging his/hers strong expertise on HR processes and tools, the Sr. Product Owner HR Applications will provide business guidance, support and capture business requirements, drive projects and enhancements definition, categorization and delivery. This position is for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit capable of driving projects and supports across all processes (HRM, Payroll, C&B, Talent, Mobility, Learning, etc.). Collaborating with corporate and regional HR stakeholders, the individual will implement governance, ensure long-term business and IT roadmap alignment, and support operational change. Working closely project managers and other IT support organizations, the individual will be an advocate for the HR business within the IT organization to drive delivery and exceed business expectations. Job Description Drive project assessment and business case validation with business stakeholders, project managers, and other delivery teams End to end ownership of cross-functional projects, including product definition, roadmap planning, resource planning and project execution Primary support for HR applications and integrations A technical problem solver capable of identifying innovative solutions to project roadblocks and resolving constraints through consensus Define roadmap in accordance to the business strategy, coordinating delivery activities on global HR tools, and overseeing integration between them Define business requirements in collaboration with corporate and regional HRIS management Establish and drive operational governance with domain area stakeholders, manage performance metrics, ensure project coordination to meet objectives. Develop metrics & setting targets using engaging presentation methods, optimize process flows to increase efficiency, reduce cycle times for service delivery and deliver customer satisfaction. Proactively identify and drive implementation of continuous improvement opportunities, quickly identify capability gaps, identify plausible solutions, develop prototypes and implement new functionality based on business needs Ensure quality delivery of functional technical system activities, including bug fixes, incidents, projects, enhancements, etc Maintains knowledge, trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS application Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements You are meant for this job if Must have:
o Self starter who requires minimal oversight to execute on responsibilities o Excellent business relationship skills including positive communication, negotiation, and ability to work with senior business stakeholders on high visibility initiatives o Customer oriented, quality minded and proactive approach on all issues o Demonstrated capability to support large and global HR transformation programs with experiences working both on business alignment and IT implementation side o Demonstrated knowledge on all HR modules:
HRM, Compensation and Benefits, Talent, Learning, recruiting, performance, etc o Significant work experience with HCM SaaS solutions (Workday, SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM), Cornerstone, Taleo, SAP HCM, Oracle e-Business Suite, ADP payroll, etc o Strong IT management skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate large projects involving different technologies and international teams o Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills o Demonstrated experience on HR Applications portfolio management and I&AM processes and integrations with a global mindset o Demonstrated ability to manage aspects involving any technical field, quick learner on any new required topic o Strong experience in change management to support large programs o Strong experience managing multiple high-complexity HR projects simultaneously o Demonstrates leadership, facilitation, coaching, mentoring and interpersonal/group communication skills Nice to have:
o Project experience on data integration technologies (Epicenter, BizTalk, Boomi, etc) o Knowledge on Master Data Management approach and governance o Technology enthusiasm, quick learner o AGILE Project experience Work
Experience:
+8-12 years Minimum education level:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or closely related degree
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Product ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
