We are currently recruiting for a Resource Manager to be based in our Houston, TX office. As a Resource Manager for STRUCTURAL, you will be accountable for partnering with Field Management and Project Teams to create efficient and effective process systems to meet the demands of their construction projects. The successful candidate will also be responsible for:
Managing, maintaining, and repairing all construction equipment, tools, and vehicles Manage shop employees, drivers, mechanics, and other personnel Managing an inventory control system Maintaining service records on vehicles and equipment Inspecting and documenting equipment / tool condition during shipping and receiving activities Ensuring proper equipment and tools are available on-time for projects, this includes coordinating shipping and receiving efforts Candidates who meet the following criteria may be considered for this Resource Manager position:

years working in a construction management shop with at least 5 of those years in a management role Possess the mechanical ability and knowledge of maintaining powered equipment, pneumatic tools, and hydraulics Highly organized with previous experiencing managing budgets and inventories, including reconciliation of supplies, parts, vehicles and equipment Strong ability to collaborate effectively with Field Managers and Project Managers to support their needs Strong commitment to Safety 24/7 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Previous expereince with an inventory control system and financial system Our ideal candidate is an innovative but decisive leader who can work effectively in a highly collaborative, te

$100K -- $150K
