The Director - ESG reporting, and Disclosures is responsible for consolidating, organizing, and publishing ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and sustainability disclosures and reports. He / She maintains a good understanding of the ESG & sustainability landscape, frameworks and ratings and engage effectively with the sustainability team and the executive management to advice and guide on disclosures and reporting. He/ She reports to the VP Sustainability General
Responsibilities:
Maintain good working knowledge of the broad Schlumberger sustainability program. Consolidate disclosures for, organize disclosures for and publish annual sustainability report Engage with senior and executive management (e.g., function owners, business leaders, C-Suite) Perform gap analysis of Schlumberger disclosures versus key ESG frameworks and ratings Assess and communicate pros and cons of various disclosures in conjunction with senior and executive management Monitor ESG framework and ratings landscape and make recommendations on which ones are important for alignment Counsel and guide the corporate sustainability team on disclosures and reporting trends and requirements Monitor regulatory landscape which will inform or influence disclosures and engage with the corporate leaders on the topic Represent Schlumberger on various external reporting working groups, both within and outside of the industry Periodically meet with investors and customers to explain Schlumberger ESG reporting and disclosure priorities and get input Complete rating submissions on behalf of Schlumberger and engage with ratings agencies to advocate and correct mistakes assessment errors. Represent Schlumberger on various internal and external panels and presentations, both ESG reporting and disclosure practices as well the broader Schlumberger sustainability efforts Minimum Job
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years' experience in ESG Reporting and Disclosures Full understanding ESG and sustainability frameworks and ratings Full understanding and previous exposure to Corporate Social responsibility and managing the different stakeholders Executive messaging/communication Ability to handle public panels/presentations with media coverage and Q&A Global perspective on ESG and Sustainability is desirable
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Business AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
