Engineering Team Leader
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Team Leader to join their Stormwater division.
As the Team Leader, you will oversee and manage a team of civil engineers focused on stormwater management projects.
You will play a crucial role in the planning, designing, and implementing stormwater infrastructure, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM).
Proficiency in engineering software and tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Open Roads, Stormwater Modeling, and GIS software.
Proven experience in stormwater management and related infrastructure projects.
Strong technical knowledge of stormwater design principles and best practices.
Solid understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and permitting processes.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to win and complete work as a project manager.
Municipal stormwater experience in Texas.
Familiarity with TxDOT drainage is a plus.
