Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough data mining and statistical analyses to develop actionable insights that support effective business decision-making. Utilize tools such as SQL, SAS, Tableau, R, and more to extract and process data for analytical needs. Cultivate expertise and thought leadership in analytics, business intelligence, and reporting, introducing innovative approaches to data analysis and interpretation. Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and dashboards for middle and senior management, continuously enhancing the delivery of performance information to all stakeholders. Essential Skills and
Experience:
Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Tableau, R, Python, PowerBI, Power Apps, and similar tools. Strong data manipulation skills using SQL, with experience in database design, query language, and report writing considered advantageous. Demonstrated ability to multitask, problem-solve, and effectively articulate thoughts and concepts. Preferred Skills:
Prior experience with call center reporting and metrics is highly desirable.Qualifications and Education Requirements:
