Our client is an upscale food and entertainment restaurant brand with a scratch kitchen and their beverages are top shelf.
They have multiple concepts within their portfolio, some more established and some are newer.
We are honored to help them on their search for Restaurant Managers to join their teams in two of their Houston area concepts (River Oaks and Memorial City areas).
They know how to find the balance with good food, atmosphere, and just the right touch of personality.
As Restaurant Manager you will:
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high-quality standards.
Lead and inspire the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Be a leader who is committed to developing and coaching your team to success.
Be a welcoming face to guests as they enter and dine, and a culture champion for your colleagues.
Uphold restaurants image and reputation by ensuring the environment is in optimal condition.
Monitor and identify any areas for improvement and bring ideas to make them better.
Handle customer feedback and concerns with professionalism and figure out how to find a resolution when needed.
Ideal candidates are coming from upscale dining environments with preferably two years of previous management experience in full-service restaurant or hospitality environments.
Must be available/flexible for weekend scheduling.

This role is full-time (50 hours a week) and comes with benefits, insurance, PTO, and steep discount across all brands in their family.
There is also a profit-sharing bonus potential paid quarterly and a 401k program that is rolling out imminently.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
