Office is in the Clear Lake area.
Job duties include:
Answering and routing calls on a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments for new and existing clients, helping to maintain a calendar for multiple attorneys, setting up new files, filing, and more.
We use WordPerfect, FormBuilder (similar to ProDoc), MyCase, Outlook, and Excel.
Not for the faint of heart- candidates must be able to multi-task, work well under pressure in a busy office environment, calmly and appropriately respond to clients who are often emotional and under the stress of their court case.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
