Work you'll do/Responsibilities Independently work on managing Epic hospital billing application enhancements, break-fixes, standard applications changes and maintenance activities Establish guidelines for complex to critical issue handling, templates for optimization requests and ensure that the team follows them Lead and drive discussions with business and functional analysts to understand the business requirements and the impact of integration on the overall business architecture Prepare technical architecture and design; help shape requirements; and resolve ambiguities Run the daily calls / scrum meetings with respect to deliverables and build the weekly status reports to be reviewed with leadership Perform detailed reviews on deliverables and provide technical guidance to the team members.
Interact with onsite clients, coordinator / scrum master, analyst and offshore development, support team and other cross-functional teams Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management The Team The US Core Industry Solutions Offering encompasses industry vertical, sector specific solutions that leverage distinct technologies to drive operational change and automate the core of our client's business.

Qualifications Required 6-10 years of hands-on experience in Epic Hospital Billing module Certified in Epic resolute hospital Billing/hospital Billing claims and remittance module, secondary certification in Research module can be a add on Experience of leading a team with 10 members or more.
Deep understanding of application support and enhancement lifecycle, managing service levels, metrics, and status reporting Lead problem management to reduce recurring incidents and identify improvement opportunities Develops solutions for client problems through application of personal experience and standard methods and tools; validates solutions with subject matter experts Strong US healthcare knowledge across revenue cycle processes Ability to identify team members and quickly ramping up teams for small to medium sized projects Ability to develop and maintain documentation of business processes /system enhancements Excellent communication (written/verbal), problem solving, analytical including effective interpersonal skills Ability to perform estimation of work products Proactive drive on improvement and innovation ideas Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience Limited Sponsorship:

Preferred Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools Ability to follow engagement specific project delivery processes Experience working on agile development teams (ideally leveraging Scrum or Kanban) Understanding of application interfacing with other modules/applications for better troubleshooting of issues Ability to follow engagement specific project delivery processes Understanding of application interfacing with other modules/applications for better troubleshooting of issues Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products Can operate independently or with minimum supervision Excellent Written and Communication Skills Ability to deliver technical demonstrations.
