LRES Corporation needs a seasoned VP-National Sales who resides in Houston, TX, to service this areas. You must have decision making contacts in the real estate/mortgage industries (preferably) for our products: Residential Appraisal, BPO and REO.

Responsible for sales management, client development and interfacing with all business functions.

Qualifications:
College degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of sales management in the financial services industry: Preferably RESIDENTIAL APPRAISAL, BPO, and REO
Demonstrated success in sales of residential &/or commercial real estate or loan servicing
Experience using a sales management system
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Organizational, analytical, and research skills
Sales and negotiation skills
Confidence, motivation and determination
The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
MS Office and internet - (good Excel or statistical reporting)
Job Duties &
Responsibilities:
Meet sales goals
Develop existing and create new client relationships
Determine sales forecasts for proposed new products and justify new product development
Develop and outline plans and present to senior management
Develop products to meet or anticipate market demands
Report on all sales activities in a recurring cohesive manner
Diversify product and client segments to distribute risk
Meet with appropriate LRES staff to ensure deliverables meet client requirements
Prepare MSAs
Conduct webinars with clients
Set up boarding calls
Sales/Ops to create specific criteria pertaining to client/opportunity size as it relates to the resources dedicated to boarding client. (e.g., X number of core services to warrant boarding call. X amount of revenue for non-core services to warrant boarding call)
Accountable for units results
Plan, coordinate, and attend industry conferences
Travel as neededEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
