We are currently seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant for our Sales Department. Responsibilities:
o Assist in the compilation of loan and/or lease processing and closing information and documents
o Perform research at various county tax websites to establish tax information for escrow
o Collect, track and locate documents to set up of loan files and prepare them for loan processing
o Contact customers as necessary to follow up and request needed loan documentation
o Follow the provided guide for loan/lease files, keep files organized and ready for processing
o Prepare receipts for Sales Specialists who are collecting deposits/down payments
o Use MS office applications such as Word, Excel/Spreadsheets and Outlook for assigned tasks
o Provide general assistance to the Sales Managers as needed and perform tenant verification
Skills &
Qualifications:
o Bilingual in English and Spanish
o High School graduate with some college preferred
o 1-2 years of experience performing general administrative/clerical duties
o Appropriately assertive and personable in customer and employee interactions, with excellent follow-through and an unflappable demeanor
o Proficient in Microsoft office and able to type 40 wpm
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Detail-oriented, great at research, with strong data entry and organizational skills
o Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking, hands-on environment
o Motivated, dependable and able to work with highly confidential documents and information

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
