We are looking to build a successful team of RE Specialists and are currently interviewing professional and personable individuals who are sales-minded, have a strong work ethic and a sincere desire to succeed coupled with:
Strong customer service and people skills and the ability to listen and meet customer needs
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a fast paced environment while maintaining positive business relationships with colleagues and customers
Knowledge of MS Word, spreadsheets, Outlook and type at least 35 wpm
Ability to work with highly confidential information
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus!

You already know you can sell! Use that to build strong customer relationships, and represent our Company in a positive, professional and ethical manner while you:
Act as the primary contact between the Company and prospective clients
Show and lease and/or sell properties on behalf of the Company
Help us to ensure that properties are ready for sale/lease and request maintenance as needed
Maintain the confidentiality of all applicants and tenant information
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
