Commercial Property Manager
Berkeley Properties is seeking highly motivated, hard working individuals to join our team of professionals as Property Managers for our growing portfolio of industrial real estate in Dallas, Texas
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for various financial, customer service and staff management duties. The managers will also be responsible for handling and/or delegating other roles that arise throughout the course of the day.
Other Duties Include:
-Managing the collections process
-Maintaining quality relationships with the tenant base
-Preparing periodic financial and property reports
-Inspecting grounds, facilities and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance
-Managing and overseeing operations, maintenance staff and improvement of commercial properties
-Preparing or reviewing documents and administrative forms
-Assisting with development of annual operating budgets
-Other duties as specified

Desired Skills and Experience
-1-5 years Property Manager Experience a plus
-Bachelor's Degree
-Eagerness to learn and work hard

-Ability to organize, manage, and track multiple projects simultaneously
-Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and database management
-Desire to launch a career in commercial real estate
-MUST be willing to relocate for position

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
