JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Community Managers should have at least 2 years experience as a Property Manager.
- Assistant Community Managers should have 1 year experience in an Assistant Manager role.
- Leasing Professionals should have at least 1 year experience in a leasing role, excellent customer service and sales experience.
- Service Supervisors should have at least 2 years experience in a Supervisor role. HVAC and EPA certifications are required, CPO certification is preferred.
- Service Technicians should have at least 1 year previous experience in a similar capacity. HVAC and EPA certifications required.
- Housekeeper/Groundskeeper/Make Ready candidates should have similar experience.
