Assistant Community Manager
United Apartment Group, a leader in apartment management, is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, diligent, Assistant Community Manager. The chosen candidate must possess the following skills: excellent communication skills, strong organizational, administrative skills, strong time management skills, a professional image, excellent customer service, ability to close a sale, and knowledge of on-site maintenance requirements including dealing with vendors and contractors. The job expectations below are not all inclusive of the position.
Job expectations include, but are not limited to:
o Minimum of one year Assistant Manager experience
o Must have tax credit experience
o Must have training and supervisory experience
o Must have good organizational skills
o Must have prior sales experience
o OneSite experience
o Strong collection experience
o Diligent follow-up skills
o Must follow policies and procedures
o Prior apartment leasing experience preferred
o Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
o All other duties assigned by the Manager
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
