The IT Business Application Manager will work to improve business processes and support business critical strategies by managing the quality assurance, implementation, training, support and maintenance of the corporate business application systems that conform to local legal requirements, regionalized operating standards, and centrally managed corporate business standards.
Business Application Manager is responsible for leading a service-oriented Information Technology Center of Excellence by implementing customer service metrics which measure the ability to provide service and support.
Activities
- Provides leadership role in the design and implementation of the business applications such as SharePoint, Salesforce.com, and ERP system, etc.
- Provides technical support and execute application implementations, upgrades, and maintenance for business applications.
- Creates Business Requirement Specifications according to user needs.
- Serves as an internal consultant to other IT departments when needed
- Participates in the development of long-range plans in corporate business applications.
- Acquires and maintains technical and functional knowledge of all corporate business applications.
- Plans and coordinates the acquisition and installation of all business applications at remote locations.
- Ensures that all business application problems and data base problems are solved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develops and manages effective working relationships with other departments, groups and personnel with whom work must be coordinated or interfaced.
- Communicate with all levels of the organization to define local/regional functional requirements and ensure compliance with corporate expectations and standards.
- Manages expectations between local company requirements and corporate standards.
- Lead multiple IT projects and reviews functional and technical designs, project scopes, schedules, and project plans.
- Provides quarterly reports of support performance throughout the organization
- Allocate resources when required to facilitate support resolution.
Work Experience
- +7 years' experience implementing and managing applications
- +7 years in a leadership role (Manager, Project Manager, BA)
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Saleforce.com, ERP Systems, Web Design
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Experience creating User Training Manuals
- Experience with creating Performance Metrics
Technical
- Strong/Expert knowledge of SharePoint
- Knowledge of Saleforce.com
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
- Business Analysis

- Agile project management techniques

- Strong Business Analyst with capabilities to create BRS documentation
- Strong Project Management competency with ability to lead medium to large enterprise application implementations.
- Six Sigma experience. Experience with improving business processes via technology
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to motivate, mentor and team members to ensure delivery of projects and meet deadlines
- Extensive knowledge of Customer Service and ability to implement systems in a customer centric manner

- Fluent Spanish required (oral and written)

- Portuguese a plus

- Overtime hours may be required to fulfill job responsibilities.
- Job requires on call conditions that will require attention to production down issues at any time day or night, weekends, holidays, etc.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
