We are looking for a Portfolio Consulting Manager experienced in leading a team while developing and providing leading-edge technical and economic consulting services to energy asset developers, Investor-Owned Utilities, and Independent System Operators.
This is a remote position reporting to our Siemens PTI office based in Houston, TX.
You'll make an impact as you:
Support business development and promote consulting services of Siemens Power Technologies International as you manage a team of consultants of varied levels of experience (entry-level to expert).
Mentor and develop people while promoting learning from successes and failures.
Promote relationship building with new and existing clients.
Manage client engagements, proposal generation, and project management functions to deliver consulting services.
Collaborate with other Siemens Industry Business Units for better customer engagement.
Employ strong communication with engaging presentation and writing skills in English.
You'll win us over by having the following
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with practical experience in power systems analysisAt least 8 years of experience providing power systems analysis for utilities, ISOs, Regional Transmission Organizations, Transmission Developers, and/or Renewable Generation Developers, with proven leadership experience building and developing a team.
Expertise in either transmission or large generation principles with advanced experience in using:
PSS/E or PSLFPowerGEM TARAPROMOD IVAbility to travel 10% domestically and internationally.

Advanced transmission planning and generator interconnection analysisConsulting and technical leadership experienceAdvanced degree in electrical engineering, e.
g.
MS, PhD, preferred.

The salary range for this position is $98,980 - $203,640.
An annual incentive target also is part of the compensation package for this position.
The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
