Our client is a leader in the custom design, development, and manufacturing of heavy load-moving, positioning, and restraining systems. Their solutions serve various markets worldwide, including Military & Super Yacht Shipyards, Offshore Drilling Platforms, and Floating Production Units. They are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer (Product Devlopment/Shipyard Solutions) for their Engineering firm in Houston, TX. Qualifications 8
Years of Applicable Experience RISA Power User or other applicable software. FEA Analysis Possesses Code Familiarity in AISC, ANSI, and ASTIM Knowledge of working with classification agencies Lloyds, DNV, ABS, and BV. Experience with heavy load-moving and restraining systems and general onshore/industrial structural design Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Civil Structural Engineering or related field Master's degree in Civil Structural Engineering or related field is a plus PE Licensure in Civil or Structural Engineering Desired Software Experience a plus in RISA, ANSYS, Solidworks, Solidworks PDM, MathCAD, Microsoft Office Products Recommended Skills Ansys Communication Mathcad Microsoft Office Product Data Management Ribosomal Intergenic Spacer Analysis Apply to this job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
