Our client, Architectural, Engineering, Land Surveying and Consulting firm in South Houston is seeking to fill (3) roles.This firm specializes in small to medium sized commercial buildings, municipal projects, large industrial and planned communities:
#1Civil CAD Technician:
Produce documents for municipal and commercial projects throughout the greater Houston area.Position Requirements:
Working knowledge of Civil 3D Computer-aided design (CAD) education through degree, certificate program or 3
years' experience years' experience in civil design such as municipal, TxDOT, infrastructure, utilities, easements, drainage, roadways, land development Knowledge of current codes and standards, experience in City of Houston a plus Knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word Excellent Benefits plus good work/life balanceHybrid Offered$58K to $61K plus overtime#2Registered Professional Land Surveyor Manager - Performs land boundary surveys, topographic survey, and route surveying. Project management for multiple large-scale projects:
Design & Construction Surveying, Geodetic Surveying, Geomatics Technology, GIS, Route Surveying or Project Management. Knowledge of property rights, land rights acquisition and property transactions. Direct field activities of a survey field party to ensure safe and satisfactory job completion. Knowledge of deeds, maps, field notes easement documents and provides guidance and direction on technically complex issues. Civil 3D knowledge Requirements:
Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor license (or if out of state, be eligible to take Texas exam) three (3) years in the Geomatics/Surveying & minimum one (1) year as a Professional Land Surveyor. Knowledge:
ArcGIS, Civil3D and Trimble Business Center. Knowledge of field data collection equipment (GNSS, Total Stations, Level, Data Collectors, laser scanning, drones, etc.) Excellent benefits and good work/life balanceHybrid Offered$81K to $89K plus overtime#3Senior Engineering Manager Produce construction documents for municipal and commercial projects throughout the greater Houston area. Project management skills Ability to interact with clients and represent company at project meetings Coordinating between departments (Architecture, Engineering & Surveying) Oversee and produce detailed civil/structural construction drawings Produce cost/time estimates, proposals and bid documents Review contractor pay applications, change orders, etc for accuracy and compliance Perform analysis and produce reports as required for project work Requirements:
Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering Current PE license 5
