Jr. Business Analyst

About the role:
The IT Business Analyst is responsible for providing support to the IT initiatives by executing both technical and analytical functions to enable successful delivery of Infrastructure and Security objectives.
The Jr Business Analyst will follow Quanta processes to gather, refine and accurately document business requirements, technical requirements, and technical specifications in support of IT projects, operational objectives, and managed work.
Must haves:
Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, Info Systems, Security, etc Must have internship experience within the IT space, IT tech, IT analyst, Security Analyst, business analyst etc.

years of experience in the Must have strong excel skills (v look ups, pivot tables, etc) Experience with reports/dashboards in Power BI Highly organized Must be a strong communicator, passionate, quick learner, and driven Day to day:
Meet with technical stakeholders and gather technical requirements Update business requirements documents, training manuals, etc Work with engineers to create visio diagrams Update project plan and checklist, follow up with deliverables Join daily meetings with team members Plusses:
Experience with Visio or Mural boards etc Education and
Experience:
Bachelor s Degree in IT or Computer Systems and 1-2
years of experience in IT Industry with an emphasis in business analysis.
Computer Skills:
Project Management software experience necessary.
Strong Excel, Word, SharePoint skills required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
