As an Entry Level Supppor Analyst, you will participate in a training program to teach you upstream oil and gas industry knowledge.
During the training program you will also learn the basics of SQL and gain an understanding of relational database structures.
Upon completion of the training, you will work as part of a highly effective team known for providing exceptional customer support and technical services.
The responsibilities of the position will include onsite customer support for software; data mapping for conversion; troubleshooting data and software errors; providing customer training and software user acceptance testing; and presenting customers with innovative solutions to improve existing business process.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Ensure our customers get fast and accurate onsite support.
Work with internal teams and functional area resources to investigate and create new innovative ways for process improvement.
Implement and support solutions incorporating Enertia applications.
Validate the accuracy of converted data.
Document, track and resolve customer issues.
Provide data analysis and mapping during conversion.
Identify and document software bugs.
Contribute ideas for new functionality and improvements for our software.
Participate in testing of new software.
Special Projects Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to author and update test-cases Working knowledge of JavaScript, APIs and SQL Databases Building required testing frameworks and/or expanding/improving the existing automation frameworks Executing end to end test automation for UI and Backend Ability to build and maintain automation frameworks supporting CI/CD pipelines Working with cloud platforms and technologies like Azure Ability to work with developer tools like JIRA, Git, Azure Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting, Business, or MISExcellent Presentation & Communication Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office productsUnderstanding of basic accounting concepts Familiarity with Excel and/or SQL is a plus 60% Travel Physical Requirements:
This is a full-time position with standard daytime working hours.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability and accessibility to work remotely or in the office as required.
Ability to travel according to the job requirements.
