1 Houston, TX Houston, TX Part-time Contract Part-time Contract $40 an hour $40 an hour Culinary Institute LeNotre is looking for an Introduction to Computing Instructor to join our Adjunct Faculty.
A Master's Degree with appropriate academic course work in the subject area of computers, minimum of 18 semester credit hours in the related subject area.
Aside from the degree, the instructor must meet the following requirements:
Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic HTML (webpage design) Be proficient with the Windows Operating System Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain an effective classroom environment Open to feedback, desire to continue development as a professional and willingness to take responsibility for student outcomes and achievement Willingness to spend extra time with students that have not demonstrated mastery on standards Flexibility and adaptability to schedule and other changes Position is part-time and will be between 4 to 8 hours per week, depending on the student need.
