The HRTABP must be sensitive to the facility and patient needs, employee goodwill and business needs.
Education/ A bachelors degree and 5 years of experience or a masters degree and 3 years of experience or 7 years of experience 3
years of full cycle and high-volume recruitment experience, healthcare experience, strongly preferred Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) Certified Professional or SHRM Senior Certified Professional or equivalent, strongly preferred What we offer you!
