As an airline customer order analyst, you'll be responsible for importing orders into our database system in a timely manner.
But that's not all - you'll also be manually adding flights and meal service codes, auditing reports, and communicating up-to-date flight information to various departments.
Phew, talk about multi-tasking! Main Accountabilities Manually add flights and meal service codes to CBase Audit, print, sort, and deliver flight meal reports/diagrams to in-house stations Adhere to Airlines' Customer Policy and Procedures Process required reports per request Complete Task Shift Checklist in a Timely manner Communicate up-to-date flight and meal information via email, phone, or two-way radio to required departments Communicate professionally with customers, employees, and management via available means Submit service ticket for issues or concerns within CBASE or airline system ensure that customer needs are met and corporate objectives are achieved.
They price special charters/functions, track food costs, and develop solutions to keep everything running smoothly.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent someone who's attentive, detail-oriented, and organized Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications a problem solver who can work well under pressure Ability to work with minimum supervision Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and dependable Job Type:
