Human Resource Business Partner
A client in the Houston area is looking to bring on a Human Resource Business Partner with a focus on the IT side of the house.
This candidate's primary function will be to be the liaison to both the business and the finance side of the house to ensure things like streamlining HR functions, reporting on HR metrics, enhancing workforce retention, predicting staffing needs, managing termination processes, managing risk, ensuring staff wellness, and ensuring compliance regulations are taken care of.

years of experience in a HR functionKnowledge of HRIS Systems and processes Strong Analytical and Leadership skills Have a proactive and strong willed nature Strong knowledge in Excel and Microsoft Suite Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management Recommended Skills Analytical Finance Forecasting Human Resources Human Resources Information System (Hris) Leadership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
