An employer in the Houston, TX area is seeking a Data Architect to join their team.
This team is currently responsible for development for BI reporting and Data Engineering.
The team is currently utilizing a third party to build out the company's Azure presence.
They are looking to bring on an Architect to their team to help with Data Integration and overall enhancement of their Azure presence.
On a daily basis, this person will be utilizing Azure Synapse for Data integration, ensuring the success of enhancements and optimization of applications, and supporting the hybrid cloud environment.
This person will be looking through data repositories to make sure the deployments into Azure can happen smoothly.
This person will also be responsible for working closely with the business to gather requirements and needs with little to no hand holding.
Experience with support and being able to walk through what they have done in detail8
years experience in Data IntegrationExperience in Azure Synapse for Data IntegrationBackground in Microsoft stack including Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory and Power BIEnterprise SQL server experience in a hybrid cloud environmentExperience with optimization within Power BI- Data cleansing and working with Data Warehouses Recommended Skills Azure Data Factory Data Integration Data Warehousing Microsoft Azure Microsoft Sql Servers Power Bi Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
