This is a full-time role with high visibility, working with senior leaders to ensure continuous success of the establishment.
This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Houston, Texas.
Responsibilities of the Corporate Strategy Director Drive corporate strategy projects ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
Conduct analysis to forecast and support development/implementation of strategic business plans.
Determine trends and patterns to provide recommendations to business leaders and stakeholders.
Prepare strategic planning reports and presentations.
Identify opportunities for performance improvements.
Ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
Qualifications of the Corporate Strategy Director Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA a plus.
5 years of corporate strategy experience within a Tier 1 consulting firm.
Healthcare or related background required.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex statistical data.
Tech-savvy with MS Office Suite and reporting tools.
Excellent business partnering and presentation skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively manage competing priorities while adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Salary:
$145k-$185k
