Responsible for the daily operations of the team.
Creates a fun and inviting learning environment to ensure a positive member experience.
Builds strong relationships with participants and continually challenges them to the next level.
Major Duties and Responsibilities Member Experience :

Responds to member questions regarding Life Times programs, policies and procedures.

Continually increases their knowledge of Life Times products, services, policies and procedures.
Financial and Budgetary :

Ensures use of supplies follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.

Treats all equipment with care.
Managerial and Supervisory :

Assists in enforcing club and pool policies at all times.

Attends department and all club meetings.

Attends monthly and quarterly meetings.
Communication :

Acts as the liaison between the Aquatics Department Head, USA Swimming, Swim Coaches and Parents.
Gives and disseminates information to and from all parties.

Participates in weekly 1 on 1 meetings with the Aquatics Department Head.
Operational :

Writes the season plan for each season.

Writes the workout templates for the season.
:

3.
Enters the swimmers into the swim meet program.

4.
Schedules Swim Coaches to attend swim meets and represents the Life Time team positively.
Responsibilities of All Positions :
Supports and articulates the Life Time Mission and Vision statements.

Ensures cleanliness of the club using all 5 senses:

Sight to ensure club is neat and orderly :
Sound to ensure music/sound levels are appropriate :
Touch to ensure floors, countertops, etc are clean and dry :

Qualifications Minimum
Qualifications Education:
:
Four year college degree Experience :
Two years swim coaching experience :
Swim lesson instruction experience (preferred) :
One year customer service (preferred) Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:
:
ASCA Level 3 Certification (mandatory) or higher :
Member of ASCA and USA Swimming :
Red Cross CPR:
PR/AED (preferred) :
CPR/AED certification required within 60 days of hire :
Complete all LTU courses within first 60 days of hire Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics :
