Facility Engineer:
HOU00741 Description Life Time is currently seeking a Facility Engineer to drive success in our Operations Department.
Responsibilities :
Ensure equipment on the fitness floor is working properly and conditions are safe :
Maintain building, pools, electrical work, heating and cooling components and grounds :
Utilize the energy management system to properly temper and balance the building :
Repair basic plumbing, electrical systems and hardware :
Update purchase orders and establish timeframes for part delivery Qualifications :
Trade or Technical School degree preferred :
Three to four years facility maintenance experience or equivalent training :
Aquatics Facilities Operator Certification (AFO) / Certified Pool Operator (CPO) :
CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire :
State approved Boiler/Engineers License :
