Company Description Job Description o Coach and develop Sales Engineers to pursue these and other pipeline accounts.
Accountabilities o Visibility to project and aftermarket opportunities with each pipeline account.
o Develop and implement an account strategy for each key pipeline account.
Accountable for driving the strategy throughout all platforms, functions and levels of the organization.
o Managing all financial aspects of each key pipeline account, with emphasis on bookings, O.
I.
and cash flow, in alignment with the plant/QRC annual business plan.
o Close coordination and collaboration with regional and local Flowserve End User, Project, and Global Account sales teams to assist with located in those key areas.
o Close communication, coordination and collaboration with the Flowserve project management teams responsible for project orders.
o Assist with new product introduction.
o Monitor and drive KPI performance for each key account.
o Develop and deliver Total Cost of Ownership presentations tailored for each specific project and lead the team selling approach.
Position Requirements LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to:
o Read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
o Respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
o Write clearly and concisely in English.
o Communicate effectively with customers and Flowserve business units, at various organizational levels, located globally.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE o College or university degree in Engineering.
o Minimum 5 years selling experience within the pipeline industry.
o 10 years pump sales experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS o Advanced customer service experience and skillset.
o Computer Skills including spreadsheets, presentation programs, etc.
o Broad based industry experience and knowledge.
o Strong collaboration skills o Advanced problem solving skills Ability to:
o Work efficiently and communicate productively with key customers at the management, engineering, procurement and operations levels o Work across all platforms and levels of Flowserve.
o Requires strategic thinking, resourcefulness, and planning, coupled with a drive to always succeed.
