Job Description Clean and prepare ingredients in accordance with recipes Produce items in accordance with recipe standards Minimize waste and maintain controls Maintain proper storage procedures Disinfect and sanitize cutting boards and worktables Transport dirty pots/pans and dishes to dish station Breakdown work station and complete closing duties in accordance with standards Maintain a friendly and courteous manner with fellow works, management and guests Job Requirements Must have at least two years cooking experience in a high volume setting Proficient with knives and cutting techniques Food handlers certification Drug free No felonies within the past seven years No convictions for misdemeanor violence or theft Base Pay $9.
