Job Description Summary of Position:
Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Operate company vehicle in a safe and effective manner in accordance with State and Federal laws, throughout assigned geographic region.
o Seek out new clients, build route by finding new prospective clients and look for ways to add additional value to existing clients.
o Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, co-workers, management, Partner companies.
o Cooperatively work with the Sales group to sell Company services.
o Involve technical experts when solving clients problems o Manage route efficiently to meet client needs; this will include managing a flexible work schedule which may include working weekends, early mornings, and/or late evenings.
Will need to manage route and schedule to respond to unscheduled or emergency client events, with minimal disruption to other clients.
o Properly maintain Company property, tools, equipment, materials, and vehicles.
Ensure vehicles and uniforms are clean at all times.
Maintain proper inventory of tools, equipment and product.
o Participate in required training and meetings, to ensure enhanced knowledge and meet required Licensing requirements.
Educational Requirements:
o At least High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
o Required State Certifications - Specific to state in which is performed.
Must obtain certifications within a timely fashion.
Experienced Required:
o 1-3 years of related industry experience o 1-3 year of route sales experience Competencies and Specific Skills Requirements:
o Ability to use handheld electronic devices such as PDA, mobile phones, and personal computers; o Exceptional interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; o Exceptional time management skills, effectively organizes own work, works within tight deadlines; o Detailed orientated, diligently checks work, notices errors or inconsistencies o Ability to use Microsoft Office products; o Projects a professional image; Environmental Conditions and Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of the position, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, climb, bend, kneel, reach with hands and arms, crouch, crawl, twist, push/pull, lift/carry on a regular basis up to 15 lbs.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
