Summary:
Responsibilities include:
Responsible for ensuring that the sales deal flow is supported at all times by balancing support staff Maintaining all training materials for the sales and sales support teams Training and onboarding new sales reps and sales support team members Ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and on time Creating sales performance reporting to assist with goal planning and forecasting Attending operational and support group meetings as the sales representative Drafting customer communications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred 8 years' experience with two years of supervisor/manager experience required Strong organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with other employees and facilitate process review Ability to understand and conform to security procedures and requirements Excellent communication skills and organizational skills with attention to detail and quality Ability to demonstrate and instill teamwork within the group Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Power Point Ability to multi-task and complete projects in a fast-paced, growing company environment Must be team-oriented and able to build and maintain working relationships Qualifications High School Grad / GED:
