Company Description Job Description What is the position? This is a Java/SQL Developer position with a Fortune 500 energy company What do you need to be able to do? Primary responsibility will be Java and SQL development.
Work with business users to gather requirements, write functional and technical specifications.
Designing, coding and testing.
Develop software based on requirements.
A member of an on-call rotation supporting the 24x7 enterprise business application.
Must be a fast learner with the ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
Ability to solve complex problems and offer solutions to improve performance and efficiency.
Can work independently or on a team based on the situation.
What are the requirements? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (preferred) or other IT related field.
Experience developing with JSF.
Experience with SQL.
3-5 years of experience in java application development.
Experience in all phases of systems development, especially the design and delivery of web applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
