Responsibilities:
- Sales Support to Account Executives as needed - Enter orders into the computer system - Handle all orders from the time an order is placed until it is in clients possession - Maintain great customer service with all existing clients and Account Executives - Coordinate orders:
Verify pricing, follow up with vendor, track orders - Coordinate with corporate staff (Billing, A/R, A/Payable, etc.
) Required skills:

Promotional products or advertising industry experience :
ASI and ESP Online experience :
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word :
Experience with a promotional products distributor is preferred Education:

High School graduate :
Some college or Bachelor degree preferred, but not required Compensation package:
