Construction Project Manager - Residential Construction
IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY Description:
Reports to Senior Project Manager. Project Manager manages a support staff including a Project Engineer and Construction Foreman to build new high-end custom architectural homes. Duties and
Responsibilities:
Maintain Owner, Architect, Subcontractor & Vendor relations. Manages staff who create/maintain Meeting Agendas and Notes, Weekly Reports and Monthly Reports. Manages the budget, tracking expenses, and all required financial reporting. Maintain Construction Schedule and manage on-site activities in accordance with the schedule. Maintains Quality Assurance and Control in accordance to project requirements. Monitors the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and holds weekly and/or bi-weekly meetings with the Owners, Senior Project Manager, Subcontractors and Vendors. Keep Senior Project Manager, Owner and Design Team informed of any construction issues and on progress of project and budget. Possible other duties and responsibilities as required. Required
Qualifications:
Strong English oral & written communication skills are re
quired. Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office suite of programs. Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, surveying, estimating and engineering principals and techniques, as well as accounting principles is required. Must be familiar with various project delivery methods, construction methods and materials, their characteristics, installation procedures and tolerances. Preferred but not Required
Qualifications:
Four-year college degree in construction sciences, engineering or architecture. LEED AP Certification and LEED Project experience Bilingual English and Spanish preferred. Knowledge of Procore Manager (Project Management) preferred or equivalent. Minimum of 10 Hr OSHA certification. Employee
