Store Manager (Start as Manager-In-Training, becomes Manager after successful completion of the training) EMPLOYMENT AVAILABILITY:

- Self-Motivated & Team Player - Creativity The following is a list of the normally required duties and responsibilities associated with this position:
- Record keeping - Determine the customers' needs and how we can fulfill them, and exceed their expectations - Be able to use existing processes to generate quotes and complete orders for various types of copying, shipping, and freight jobs - Properly qualify and answer phone questions - Assist with merchandising and stocking the center QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have 2 years minimum of retail and customer service experience in similar business (The UPS Store, Post Net, Fedex/Kinkos).
- Associate degree - Prompt, reliable, and responsible - Exceptional attendance record is a must - Excellent interpersonal skills, along with strong oral and written communication ability - Fast learner with complete attention to detail - Able to present his/herself in a professional manner - Able to lift 40lbs on a regular basis with or w/o assistance - Reliable transportation - Has reasonable flexibility to work necessary scheduled shifts, including some Saturdays (at least one per month) - Strong computer and internet skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel - Organized and able to multi-task - Ability to work and complete tasks independently in a fast paced environment - Agree to be submitted for a background check PREFERRED:
- Assistant or management/leadership experience - Some sales experience - Familiar with computers, POS /cash register systems, copiers, scanners, and fax machine - Experience with Microsoft Publisher applications (Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus) - Outstanding phone skills Hours of Operation:
Mon-Fri 8:
00am-7:
00pm; Sat 10:
00am-4:
00pm; Sun-Closed POSITION INCENTIVES:
- Pleasant working environment - Wage increase based on training - Quarterly Bonus based on sales and performance - Continuing training program - No Sundays - Predictable work week (schedules are usually consulted with associates and published 1 month prior) - Sale Incentives.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
